Reservations & Seating

Reservations are highly encouraged for Fridays and Saturdays and are required for parties of 5 or more, as seating for larger groups is limited.

To help us welcome all of our reserved guests, tables are reserved for two hours on busy evenings. Want to linger a little longer? Just let us know — when our reservation schedule allows, we’re always happy to accommodate. If another reservation is following your table, we’ll gladly help you continue your evening at the bar, space permitting.


Friday Live Music Nights

To preserve seating for dining guests and support our live music program, a $30 per person food & beverage minimum applies during Friday evening live music.

Quench is an independantly owned West Valley restaurant built around scratch-made food, thoughtful cocktails, curated wine and genuine hospitality. We created the Q as a place to slow down, share something delicious and enjoy the people you came with
